For institutions
Esports policy that survives contact with reality.
We help governments, universities and public bodies plan esports strategies, education programs and events that hold up against a real budget. The founder advised Andorra on its national strategy.
National and regional strategy
In 2020 the Principality of Andorra commissioned a national esports strategy, and our founder consulted on it: industry structure, event hosting and the conditions for a sustainable national scene.
That work is the difference between a strategy document and a strategy: we know which parts of the playbook survive contact with a real budget, a real venue and a real election cycle.
Education and talent pathways
A scene without education is a weekend event. We help institutions build the pathways that make esports a career option: curricula, workshops and programs with universities.
Our founder has lectured in the Master in Innovation and Sports Business Management at Mondragon University, run technology workshops in Europe and Asia, and collaborated with Tongji University in Shanghai.
Events as economic engines
Esports events fill venues and put regions on the map for a generation that does not watch traditional channels. We have produced OMNISCON inside Euskal Encounter, a 5,000-person LAN party at the BEC in Barakaldo, for seven editions.
We advise institutions on what to host, what to fund and what to leave to private initiative, so public money multiplies rather than substitutes.
Questions
Common questions
01What does a national esports strategy include?
Typically: industry mapping, education and talent pathways, event hosting policy, venue and infrastructure conditions, and the regulatory frame.
02Can esports work for a small country or city?
Yes, if the strategy is honest about scale. Small territories win by specializing: education, a signature event, or a niche title.
