What data we process
This Site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, registration forms or user accounts. The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily:
- Contact by email. The contact form on this Site opens your own email client. Your data (name, email address and the content of your message) only reaches us if you choose to send that email.
- Professional or commercial relationship. If an inquiry leads to a proposal or engagement, we process the identification and contact data necessary to manage that relationship.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and the Site is not directed at minors.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to inquiries sent by email. Legal basis: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing a commercial or contractual relationship, where one exists. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
Retention
Contact data is kept for the time needed to handle your inquiry and, afterwards, for the limitation periods established by law. Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship plus the legally required retention periods.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where legally required. Our email service provider processes messages on our behalf as a data processor. If that provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to hello@omnisclub.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Security and automated decisions
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects on you.
